The Ambassador of Sri Lanka, Karunatilaka Amunugama, has visited the vocational school Gewerbliche Schule Metzingen.
The Ambassador was accompanied by a delegation of ministry representatives, chairman of school authorities as well as training experts. The Gewerbliche Schule Metzingen has a partner school in Sri Lanka, the Ceylon-German Technical Training Institute. However, the Ambassador also wanted to find out about dual training and the so-called Metzingen model of production-oriented training. Ambassador Amunugama had come on invitation of Reutlingen Bundestag member Michael Donth.
